2. Shipping Countries

  • We offer delivery to Europe, the USA, Canada, and other regions, depending on product availability and shipping options.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on selected products and during promotional periods.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at the order confirmation stage.

4. Order Tracking

  • All shipments come with a tracking number, which can be checked on our website or the logistics provider’s platform.

5. Customs and Taxes

  • The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties and VAT, as per the regulations of the destination country.
  • IMENOX is not responsible for additional costs arising from customs procedures.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact our customer support team.
  • In case of lost or damaged shipments, we offer reshipment or compensation in accordance with our policies.

7. Order Cancellation and Address Correction

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
